We traveled to St. Louis, Missouri to train at the
Parents As Teachers Headquarters
Our first training experience was awesome. We were trained by some of the best trainers I have ever been around before. They not only delivered the material we needed but they made us have a good time doing it. What more can you ask for... We were excited to attend this training because it included members from 22 tribal entities across the nation. In this first picture you see our trainers in the front, and a group we partnered up with throughout the whole week that was from Lower Brule, SD. What a time we had together getting lost around St. Louis. It was so neat to share information and find out cool facts about one another.
As a table we did lots of activities and had a blast putting our minds together for some one of a kind presentations. We brought home lots of information and have started setting up the program at our home base, the Hope Center.
We have now completed several trainings and will be attending the National PAT training in November of this year!
